My stress test score was a 13 out of 24. A normal day outside of school for me would be to wake up early around 7:00 AM and get ready to be out of the house by 9:00 AM. Then I get to my office where I start dealing with people who are having a problem with their insurance or the employees who have been trained to be in that office helping people. I used to be super friendly and now when I go to the office I am just staring at the clock all day waiting for it to be time to go. I usually make about 20 phone calls during the day and I'm constantly put on hold which annoys me to the max! If I'm not at the office I'm constantly driving from one side of town to another. So I was actually pretty excited to start school! Now that I am in school my stress level has dramatically gone down. Massages were always the most ideal way to get rid of the stress, but that didn't mean the problems were gone. The massages would relax me and just give me more patience to deal with everything and everyone. I'm glad to be back at school because I don't have to be in charge of that office anymore!
Lookey there! We have the same score! I think it's great that you get massages to relieve your stress and it's good that your stress has gone down because of school (that's a twist (: ) I hope your stress level stays down and you find ways to relieve your stress at the office. Good job!

ReplyDeleteGreat job Ruby for finding a way to keep your stress down! Also when working, you might want to consider taking deep breaths in and out to relieve stress. Paige had gave me an excellent way to relieve stress, which is to eat an apple or drink some hot tea (if you have any). It will get better Ruby. You will see!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could get massages too! I bet that really helps you stay more calm when you have to deal with stressful situations. I see how being back in school is a good thing for you because you don't have to deal with work. You have more time to hangout with your friends and just be a teenager. Hopefully the career you choose is more enjoyable for you!
